We were informed that a new line of Shun knives will be made available
for 2010. The Shun Premier line of knives features a very attractive
hammered blade along with a very nice hamon design on the edge. Shun Premier
should be available by March 2010 and we will be the first to have them as soon
as they are released to internet retailers.
